It took me my fourth attempt to get it right but it was worth it. I followed the 21 Day cleanse with full commitment. I learned how to cook healthier and simpler as well. I gained confidence in my meal preparation skills as well. While I loved the way I felt physically and mentally after the 21 days, my biggest take away was my comfort with cooking. I realized that was the key factor missing in my fitness & nutrition journey.
