This Program is developed to bring two important aspects together, pregnancy & fitness.  These are important so you can have the best pregnancy you deserve.  Fitness in pregnancy will not only benefit your health, but your baby’s as well.  My goal is to help you feel better and move better throughout your pregnancy. Therefore, having a better experience during labor while decreasing your labor time up to 30% (as found in studies done on Prenatal fitness during pregnancy).

Prenatal Prestige Fitness: Is a unique training that exists to allow women to understand their body before, during, and after pregnancy. This training also allows you to use your fullest potential through breathing, stretching, and strength training.
