Hi! I am Danielle, a Mom, Wife, and Fur Mama. A Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist through AFPA
 I am the Founder of Team Live Fit Live Free, a team of online beachbody coaches on a mission to inspire others to wake up daily with the mind set to create positive lifestyle changes and Live Life Without Limits.
 What do I do? I specialize in the evaluation and education of the female client while trying to conceive, pregnant, and post delivery. I created Prenatal Prestige to keep women fit and informed throughout all stages of pregnancy with their necessary level of fitness and nutrition. I have also created the MamaFitForLife Brand to inspire and mentor fellow moms to believe in their Dreams and find a Passion in the field of fitness & nutrition while helping others start a journey of their own.
As a former High Risk Labor and Delivery RN I blended my passion for fitness and pregnancy to create a program for women to utilize throughout their journey to motherhood and continue on once delivered. I was blessed to receive my Bachelors Degree in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. I later received my Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from The California University of Pennsylvania in 2008. I added Team Beachbody Coaching to my business in 2010 to allow myself to work with and support women all over the country.

What's for Dinner??
Tonight we are making Salsa Chicken which is so quick and simple.
The best part about it....... we can make THREE different meals from it!!

Dinner #1 : 2lbs Boneless Chicken Breast, 16-24 oz Salsa of choice in the crockpot x4-6 hours on Low. Shred the chicken once cooked and make Tacos! Add lettuce, avocado, cheese, beans, whatever your heart desires.

Dinner #2 : Pull out the Crockpot chicken and add Chili ingredients, beans of choice, corn, rice/quinoa, pasta if desired. Heat on Low x2 hours.

Dinner #3 : Final night with the SAME CrockPot.
Soups for dinner.
Add 2 cups Chicken Broth, sliced celery,
1/2 cup chopped onion,
3 cloves minced garlic,
8 oz can tomato sauce,
1-2 tsp chipotle chili in adobo sauce (or more to taste)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (plus more for garnish)
14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Hop this makes your healthy eating for the week simple yet Delicious!!
